When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2 to 3 days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, here is when you can expect your package:
- United States: 5 to 7 business days (up to 10 days for remote areas).
- International: 10 to 12 business days.
Shipping Costs
- USA: Standard shipping is FREE when you order the 3 or 6-bottle packages. For single bottle orders, a small fee applies.
- International: Shipping fees vary based on your location. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Need to change your address?
We understand that mistakes happen! If you entered the wrong address, please email us at support@prostavive.org immediately. If we catch it before it ships, we can update it for you.
International Customs & Duties
For orders outside the US, your local customs office might charge an import fee. We don’t control this, and it varies by country. However, many of our customers receive their packages without paying extra fees—but we just want you to be aware of the possibility.
Cancellations
Because we try to ship fast, we cannot cancel an order once it’s on the truck. But don’t worry! You are covered by our 180-day money-back guarantee. We recommend trying the product first (give it about 3 months for best results). If you still want to return it later, simply follow our Refund Policy.
