Our “No-Hassle” Return Policy
You have a full 6 months (180 days) to decide if 9ProstaVL (ProstaVive) is right for you. We hope you’ll become one of our many happy customers who reorder again and again!
But if for any reason it doesn’t work out, getting a refund is simple.
Here is what you need to do:
First, drop us a quick email at support@prostavive.org to let us know. Please put “Refund Request” in the subject line so the right person sees it.
Once we’ve connected, simply mail your bottles back to us (yes, even the empty ones!). Please include a slip of paper with your Name, Order Number, and Email so we know who to refund.

A quick tip: Since you are responsible for the return postage, we suggest keeping your tracking number just in case. Once your package arrives, we’ll refund you in full within 5-10 days.
